The Company is committed to promoting local employment as a means of generating income, creating career development opportunities, and improving the quality of life of people in the communities where it operates. In 2025, the Company employed 189 local employees, generating approximately THB 33.42 million in income for local communities and contributing to broader socioeconomic development.
ESG Project: "Safe Home, Healthy Living, Environmental Stewardship, and Drug-Free Youth"
The project was organized to enhance knowledge and awareness of safety, health and well-being, drug prevention, and environmental conservation among 13 students from the Kamphaeng Phet Special Education Center, Lan Krabue Service Unit.
The initiative also encouraged engagement between the Company's employees and students through interactive activities designed to foster awareness of safety, occupational health, and environmental responsibility. As a result, participating students gained a better understanding of personal health care, everyday safety practices, the harmful effects of drug abuse, and environmental stewardship. The project also strengthened relationships between the Company, the local community, and educational institutions, contributing to sustainable community development.
"Sharing Kindness, Restoring Schools Affected by Floods" Project
The project was initiated to support the recovery of educational facilities and uplift the morale of students, teachers, and local communities affected by flooding in Songkhla Province. Assistance was provided to seven schools, namely Ban Non School, Ban Khao Chan School, Ban Sakom School, Ban Thung Khrok School, Ban Paramai Wittaya School, Wat Pa Khwang School, and Ban Tha Khura School.
Sea Oil Public Company Limited provided financial assistance, educational materials, and essential supplies with a total value of THB 140,000 to help restore learning environments and enable schools to resume normal educational activities as quickly as possible. The support also ensured that students had access to the necessary learning resources following the flood event.
In addition to providing assistance, the project encouraged employee participation in community support activities, reinforcing the Company's commitment to corporate social responsibility and contributing to the recovery and resilience of local communities.
National Children's Day Activity
Sea Oil Public Company Limited, in collaboration with Notalin Group Company Limited, provided gifts and educational support to children at Phongploy Anusorn School and Wat Khlong Samrong School as part of the National Children's Day 2025 celebrations.
